Terms of Service

Welcome to PeakedGG. By accessing or using our website (peaked.gg), Discord bot, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. You must meet the minimum age required for the Riot game and third-party platform you use with PeakedGG, including Discord, and obtain valid parent or guardian permission where local law requires it. Personalized advertising is limited to users who confirm they are 18 or older and opt in. PeakedGG never permits adult-content advertising.

You agree to use PeakedGG in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: tracking gaming statistics, participating in community features, and managing Discord server functionality.

PeakedGG is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Accessing Valorant statistics on PeakedGG requires explicit consent through Riot Sign-On (RSO). By authenticating with RSO for Valorant, you consent to PeakedGG accessing your Valorant match history, competitive rank, and agent statistics via the Riot Games API. You may revoke this access at any time by unlinking your Riot account in your dashboard settings. Upon revocation, we will cease retrieving new Valorant data for your account.

PeakedGG allows you to link your Discord and Riot Games accounts. By linking your accounts, you authorize us to retrieve and display your game data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unlink your accounts at any time through the dashboard. We are not responsible for any actions taken on your linked accounts outside of PeakedGG.

Some PeakedGG features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

• Prices — All prices are shown in euros (EUR). VAT is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax based on the billing address you provide, and is shown to you before you confirm.
• Renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel them.
• Cancellation — You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription is not renewed after that.
• Failed payments — If a payment fails, you keep your paid features for a 7-day grace period while Stripe retries. If payment still has not succeeded by the end of that period, the paid features are switched off.
• Your data when a subscription ends — Losing a subscription never deletes anything. Your settings, configuration, statistics, and history are kept as they are; only access to paid features stops. Everything is available again as soon as you subscribe again. Data is removed only through the account deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
• Refunds — Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund; each request is reviewed individually. Your statutory rights as a consumer under French and European Union law are not affected by this section.

When using PeakedGG, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service outside of its intended functionality.
• Exploit, abuse, or manipulate the XP, economy, achievement, or leaderboard systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without written permission.
• Impersonate other users, moderators, or PeakedGG staff.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
• Use the Service to violate the terms of service of Discord, Riot Games, or any other third-party platform.

PeakedGG is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeakedGG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
